Pastor Timothy Johnson | tbj@bcov.org | Senior Pastor
Tim has been the Senior Pastor at BCC since May, 2005, having served churches in Maryland, Michigan, and Minnesota previously. He's been wonderfully married to Cyd since 1982 and they've just entered the "empty nest" phase of life with all three of their children now living in Chicago...although the dog still keeps things unpredictable. As often as he can Tim goes to the woods or water, but also loves the movement, color, and tastes of the city. Tim is a reader of an eclectic mix of books, balancing new and old, and still loves the feel of paper more than the glow of a monitor.

Erick Abramson | erick.abramson@bcov.org | Director Of Student Ministries
Erick started as Director of Student Ministries at BCC in the summer of 2009. He has been married to his wife Bethany since 2007. They have their first child on the way (due Jan. 15) and have two dogs, Wolfman & Mbeya. Erick is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and currently working towards a Masters of Divinity degree from North Park Theological Seminary. He Has two water bottle cages on his bike, one for water the other for coffee.

Rachelle Larin | office@bcov.org | Administrative Assistant
Rachelle started working as the Administrative Assistant at BCC in February 2006 where she has been a member for 14 years. She is married to Todd who is supportive in all things. They have two wonderful teenagers, Mackenzie (17) and Andrew (14). In the midst of all the teenage activities, Rachelle enjoys walking with family and friends, reading, and doing Sudoku puzzles.

Dave Campen | dave.campen@bcov.org | Director Of Music
Dave began his Director of Music position at BCC in September 2009. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and has directed church and community choirs in the metro area ranging in ages from 5 to 85. He is married to Marci, his wonderful and caring wife, along with Jacob (11) and Hannah (8) and our third child due March 2010. Dave loves to be outdoors and play golf, ride his bicycle, and take walks with his family. He is also considered a computer and electronics “geek” and one will find him looking up information on his laptop or iPhone at any given time.

Sherrill Nelson | smn@bcov.org | Parish Nurse
Sherrill has been the Parish Nurse at BCC since 1997. She loves to serve her Lord and Savior through this ministry. She is a graduate of The Swedish Hospital School of Nursing and Bethel University. She also received a Certificate in Faith and Health from North Park Theological Seminary. Sherrill and her husband Mark have been married for fifty years. They have four married children and fifteen grandchildren. Entertaining guests and family, playing the piano or organ, reading, walking, biking, skiing and sewing are some of her favorite things to do. She also enjoys time at the cabin.
